Appointments, deposits, cancellations and no-show rules are part of Nefertiti Studio's operational standards. These policies help protect committed appointment time, allow fair scheduling for other clients and ensure cosmetic tattooing appointments are properly prepared for.
By booking an appointment with Nefertiti Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Booking & Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.
A $50 cancellation fee rule is applied to all services at the time of booking. Your card is only charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Card details are processed securely through Square. Nefertiti Studio does not store your card for future payments beyond what is securely handled through the booking/payment provider.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
No-shows will also be charged the $50 fee.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the appointment time can be offered to another client.
Cosmetic Tattooing Deposits
All cosmetic tattooing appointments require a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
No payment is taken at the time of online booking. After booking, you will receive an automated text with a secure payment link for the $150 deposit.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid in full.
The deposit will be applied toward your final treatment cost.
Cosmetic tattooing deposits are non-refundable.
Consultation Forms
Cosmetic tattooing appointments require consultation information before treatment.
After booking, you will receive a consultation form that must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Failure to pay the deposit or complete the consultation form within the required timeframe may result in your appointment being cancelled or postponed.
Cosmetic Tattooing Suitability
Cosmetic tattooing is a skin penetration procedure. Results, healing, retention, colour response and suitability vary from person to person.
Factors that may affect your result include skin type, lifestyle, medical history, previous cosmetic tattooing, pigment history, aftercare compliance and individual healing response.
Consultation does not guarantee treatment. Nefertiti Studio may decline, defer or recommend an alternative treatment where suitability, safety, previous work, skin condition or expectations require a different approach.
Results & Healing
Cosmetic tattooing results are not guaranteed to heal identically from client to client.
Colour may soften, fade or change during the healing process. A follow-up or perfection appointment may be recommended depending on the treatment, healing response and final result.
Following aftercare instructions is essential. Poor aftercare, lifestyle factors or individual healing response may affect retention and final outcome.

Pricing shown on this website is provided as guide information and may be subject to change.
Final pricing, treatment scope and suitability should be confirmed directly with Nefertiti Studio before booking or proceeding with treatment.

By booking an appointment with Nefertiti Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the $50 late cancellation/no-show fee and the $150 non-refundable cosmetic tattooing deposit where applicable.
